Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you do custom work?

  • Absolutely! That is one of the things that sets us apart from our competitors. We will take your specifications and design a product around them: size, color, accessories, materials, etc. All our custom work is covered under our warranty.

2. Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, but contact us prior to purchase for international shipping charges.

3. Do you insure the packages before you ship them out to the customers?

  • Our prices DO NOT include shipping insurance. We highly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for any high dollar amounts. Please contact us, if you wish to buy insurance for your purchase with us and we will send you an invoice accordingly.

4. How does poly tarp perform as a tent fabric?

  • Compared to nylon and canvas, poly tarp is very low maintenance, while being just as durable. Because of the price to durability factor, poly tarp tipis are our personal preference. Poly tarp will not mildew or rot when it gets wet which is an added bonus.

5. What seams and stitches do you use?

  • We use top quality bonded nylon thread and all of our seams are double roll hemmed and double stitched. We chose not to use flat felled seams because the thread is exposed on the exterior and will deteriorate over time. Our rolled hem stitch is completely protected from the elements and just as strong or stronger than the flat felled seam. All our stitching is covered under warranty.

6. Is your fabric fireproof?

  • No tent fabric is fireproof!
